Thanks for finishing up on your initial training to become a Digital Champion!

Below you will find some additional resources that you can use to improve your volunteering ability. These are completely optional, so please don’t feel pressured to do any of them.

This additional training can help you gain the skills you need, not only for your current volunteering placement, but also for any future employment.

Barclays Digital Champion Programme

Barclays offer a Digital Champion Programme that provides you with:

  • Virtual Sessions to learn more

  • Core Knowledge

  • Preparation and Reflection skills

Digital Unite Tech Guides

Digital Unite have compiled over 400 tech guides on various digital topics, and these can be a great resource for helping clients through very specific device and software queries.

Digital Unite “Digital Champion Essentials”

Digital Unite also have an “essentials” course that they operate in collaboration with CPD, definitely worth checking out if you are interested in going above and beyond!
