Online and Phone Digital Champion Support
Do you or someone you know struggle to use the internet or a device? Our Digital Champion volunteers would like to help. If you need a hand with your computer, smartphone, tablet, or other devices, you can contact us by text or email by simply sending us your name and we will gladly provide free phone or email support tailored to your specific needs.
Whether it’s help with reading emails, looking up information online, keeping connected to loved one or anything else digital, don’t hesitate to reach out. Our Digital Champion volunteers are happy to guide you every step of the way at your own pace. Let us know how we can help make technology easier for you and keep you connected.

Get online at your local library
You can get free access to the internet from one of our libraries, where you can also use the computers to do what you need to online.
We are also providing free sims with internet access, thanks to our partnership with Good Things Foundations and their National Databank. Please ask a member of staff for more information.

These provide an excellent learning resource if you just want to learn the basics, and you can complete the courses in your own time.

We Are Digital Helpline
We Are Digital have partnered up with Lloyds Bank to run a digital helpline that can offer free support and training sessions.

Citizens Online Helpline
Citizens Online also provide support with digital skills over the phone, from one of their trained Digital Champions.
If you’d like to talk to someone about getting help with basic digital skills, call them on

Vodafone Digital Skills Helpline
Call the free Vodafone Digital Skills Helpline to get dedicated support in getting online

A specially trained advisor will help provide you with the advice you need, and the line is free to call from any UK mobile or landline, you don’t need to be a Vodafone customer to ask for help.

The team have also set up a website, which contains a whole host of resources to help you.

Broadband Savvy
Provides an explanation to broadband and its concepts. The website details how-to guides, buyers guides as well as general research on broadband to keep consumers in the know.
There is an interactive feature on the website where you can leave a comment and the website operators are likely to provide you with an answer. Alternatively, there is an email function on the website, as well as contact through their social media channels.
