Our Digital Inclusion Action Plan
Our plan to improve digital inclusion across the city of Manchester
In collaboration with our Digital Inclusion Working Group, Digital Inclusion Steering Group and many internal and external partners, we are pleased to announce a refreshed Digital Inclusion Action Plan for Manchester.
The document is a plan for meeting the strategic priorities of the city, particularly those articulated in the Digital Strategy. Our actions are organised into workstreams, workstreams have specific objectives, and objectives are delivered by our vast array of partners across the city.
We are always looking for partners who are willing to commit to delivering on this action plan with our advice and support, so please get in touch!

Digital Exclusion Risk Index
In partnership with our Performance, Research and Intelligence team, we have created a tool that highlights the wards within Manchester that are most at risk of being digitally excluded.
It is not a definitive indicator of who is and who isn’t digitally excluded (as we recognise this can be fluid), but it does give us useful data with which we can target our work.
Digital Inclusion Research
Our digital inclusion approach is informed by national and international research. Here are some organisations who have been particularly influential…
