Free SIM cards in libraries

Any Manchester resident (over 18 years) who is on a low income and struggling to pay for internet access can now get a free SIM loaded with free data.

SIMs come with free internet access between 6 to 24 months.

All you have to do is pop into your local library and ask for help. Find one near you: Libraries | Manchester City Council

You must be on a low income or receiving benefits to be eligible for a SIM.
